Strategic Pre-Planning
The goal of the strategic planning phase is to reach an agreement on the project scope, priorities and schedule. The majority of this phase includes gathering requirements and research to build an overview of the Client's vision.
Planning
The goal of the planning phase is a combination of pre-reqs, documentation and conceptual design work including site map and wireframe coordination to reach a consensus on project scope, schedule, cost estimate and deliverables.
Design
The goal of the design phase is to review and ensure that the Client and US&V are clear on the creative concept direction of the project, sample mockups and ideas are shared. The phase concludes in an approved prototype alpha version.
Development
The goal of the development phase is to build the solution detailed in the approved Project Overview. It includes programming, scripting and database construction, and is completed with a beta-tested project.
US&V offers extended services for a well organized launch and lifetime of each project.
Launch
During a launch the site is migrated onto a live server, or project files and deliverables are handed over to the client. The launch phase can also include Training when appropriate.
Support
The longer the useful life of the project after initial deployment, the more a Client will appreciate a company that offers follow-up on services. While most companies will not warranty their work, US&V provides a warranty for up to 30 days after the launch of the site. We also provide site care, promotion and traffic analytics.
